For over 25 years, Reily & Rosas, P.A. has been providing quality, personalized financial and tax guidance to local individuals and businesses. Our expertise ranges from basic tax management and accounting services to more in-depth services such as audits, financial statements, and financial planning.  We also have experience in the unique areas of Yellow Book and Single Audits and overhead auditing, as well as performing agreed-upon procedures engagements as required by the State of Florida for various State programs or tax credits.

Amy A. Reily, CPA

Amy graduated with a B.A. in Accounting from the University of South Florida in 1976. In 1987, she and Ronald Rosas established Reily & Rosas, P.A. She is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of CPAs and the Personal Financial Planning Division of the AICPA. Amy has extensive experience in federal and state taxation for individuals, businesses and not-for-profit organizations. She also has vast experience in financial accounting through compilation, review, audit and agree-upon procedures engagements, as well as assisting clients with internal accounting services and QuickBooks consulting.

Ronald A. Rosas, CPA

Ronald graduated from University of South Florida in 1980 with a B.A. in Accounting. In 1987, he joined Amy Reily in establishing Reily & Rosas, P.A. He is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of CPAs and the Tax Division of the AICPA. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Temple Terrace. Ronald has experience dating back to 1980 in performing compilation, review, audit and agree-upon procedure engagements. He also has vast experience in unique areas of business interruption loss engagements, Florida sales tax audits, overhead auditing in accordance with FDOT requirements, agreed-upon procedures engagements pursuant to requirements of FDEP and the Florida Governor's Office for Film Industry tax credits and Qualified Targeted Incentives credits. Ronald's extensive experience also includes federal and state taxation for individuals, trusts and businesses, as well as management advisory services and QuickBooks consulting.
